Ankit Saxena is the Co-Founder and CEO of Thena. The idea for Thena came from Ankit’s time leading enterprise post-sales teams at Branch, where managing customer conversations across Slack, Teams, and email was messy, manual, and unsustainable. Ankit teamed up with Govind to build what the market was clearly missing—a channel-native, account-centric AI support platform. Mike, who worked closely with both Ankit and Govind at Branch, later joined the journey.

Ankit brings 15+ years of experience across Customer Success, Field Engineering, and GTM leadership. At Branch, he led global post-sales teams and played a key role in scaling operations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Earlier, he was CTO at Let’s Intern, where he helped build and scale one of India’s leading platforms for early talent.

Today, Ankit oversees Thena as CEO with a major focus on product and engineering—bridging customer needs with technical innovation.
